There was this feisty, Italian, senior admin at Disney named Carole. Thiiiiiick Brooklyn accent. She would walk in, right in the middle of important lunch meetings and start packaging up leftovers into her arsenal of plastic “Kontainas.” When she retired, her buh-bye bash was decorated with life-sized Calvin-Klein-inspired posters featuring her “Kontainas” and a trio of willing co-workers.

Type workshop I arranged at Disney by a renowned NYC book designer. Also arranged other workshops for Disney’s Yellow Shoes featuring creative legends from Martha Stewart, Target in-house and House Industries.

"Like going to :30 min church with an espresso!” That was my inspiration for JOLT and SUPER JOLT, monthly and quarterly team meetings. We had a remote live DJ. A crowd warmer. Info. Inspo. And tried our best to keep it under :30 mins each time. You can’t bore people into believing THIS is the team to be on. You have to BE that team!
